Normally, requesting to take your money through your account online is the quickest way to receive your pension savings. If you fill out the request online and everything goes smoothly, you’re likely to receive your money within 5-7 working days. But this can be longer in some cases, for example if we need to do extra checks or ask for more information from you.
If you send us the request by post instead of doing it online, it’s likely to take around 20 working days before you receive your money. That’s even if everything goes smoothly and no extra checks are needed.
