Joiner information selected for delivery by email will be sent within 2 working days of the file being uploaded or the enrolment date, whichever is the latest.

However, all ex-employees will continue to receive annual statement information, either through their account or in the post.

We’ll also write to your employees as they approach retirement. Employees will receive a lifestyling letter/email 15 years before their selected retirement age, which relates to their investment funds (glidepath). If employees are enrolled within this 15-year period, they’ll receive this letter within one year of their enrolment.  Employees will get a retirement pack 6 months before their selected retirement age. However, we’ll also send them reminders as they approach their retirement. These reminders will be sent 6 and 4 weeks before the employees’ selected retirement age.

This contains details of the rate of contributions that will be paid, information on how they may cease membership, along with more details about the scheme and the member booklet.

The information also provides login details for the member’s account, online or through our app. Once logged in, they can do things like check the value of their pension pot and manage their choice of investment funds.
