You should also make sure that your device’s operating system is up to date.

If there’s an ongoing problem our administrators will be notified and will make the necessary changes. We’ll release updates to the app as new features become available.

Which version of iOS or Android do I need?       

For iOS, the app is designed for:

  • iOS 17
  • iOS 16

If your phone is on an iOS 15 version or below, you won’t be able to download the app from the App Store.

For Android, the app is designed for:

  • Android 14
  • Android 13
  • Android 12

If your phone is on an Android 11 version or below, you won’t be able to download the app from Google Play.
